Today, April 16th, is Advance Care Planning Day 2020. Advance Care Planning is thinking and documenting your values and wishes for health care if you were sick, or injured and could not speak for yourself.
In light of the current Coronavirus pandemic, it's now more important than ever to give consideration to your heath care directives and discuss them with your loved ones. The End of Life Doula Association hosted an open meeting this afternoon to discuss the importance of Advance Care Planning.
