Lee (Elicia) Andrus

Lee is a Spiritual Care Counselor/Chaplain in Edmonton and a Canadian Association for Spiritual Care Member. She works part time as a Chaplain at the Cross Cancer Institute in Edmonton and is currently working on completing the Contemplative End of Life Doula Course through the Institute of Traditional Medicine.

She has worked as a pastor, addictions and crisis counselor, family law mediator, conference speaker and group facilitator for over 30 years. She has worked with people of all age groups and cultures in a wide range of challenges. She specializes in grief and loss, crisis intervention, and mental health.  Lee is completing her Master's Degree in Theology, holds two Bachelor Degrees; one in Psychology and the other in Biblical Studies and she also has a Diploma in Addictions Counseling.

Basically, you could boil Lee down to a person who likes to listen to others and is comfortable in uncomfortable circumstances. Outside of work Lee finds contentment within her walk with God, her husband and her family. She has three adult children and five grandchildren. She is refreshed by spending time in the garden, sitting in front of a good fire, being quiet or walking and biking. Lee is a person who embraces life and enjoys expressing each phase of life through exploration and ritual.
