I feel passionate about compassionately supporting people facing a deteriorating chronic illness or terminal diagnosis. Some day, one day and as we age maybe not so far away, death will greet us. Comprehensive, holistic advance care planning is the best final gift for yourself (peace of mind) and your loved ones as they face your death knowing they honoured your final wishes for your dying journey. Building on my prior experience in health care as an Emergency RN and in clinical research, I offer my skills that support quality end of life care both in person and online.
