Christen Shepherd - Requiem Life Stories, Legacies & Death Doula Services
Christen a graduate of the End of Life Doula program at Douglas College and is a registered member of EOLDAC. Through her practice, Requiem, she offers companioning and emotional and spiritual support to those facing a life-limiting illness, as well as bereavement support to family. Her mission is to offer reassurance and guidance so people feel supported on this journey.
Christen specializes in legacy projects, particularly life stories. As a published writer, she has taken great joy in helping people preserve their stories as a legacy for their family and friends, and she has found that form of life review to be deeply healing for those at end of life.
Christen is also a certified Reiki master, and outside the scope of practice of a doula, she offers soothing energy treatments.
She practices in Dorchester and London, Ontario and in surrounding areas.
