Lisa Rochford - Soulful Time Services
I am a wife and mother of 4 girls, we live on a farm in Alberta. In my spare time, you will find me spending time in nature, usually with my horses, and dogs. I am a health care aide by trade, but have since started my journey being an end of life doula. Working within health services, I found my passion for companionship, comfort, and palliative care. I sadly realized that there were many holes that are within that system. I realize that talking about death is a taboo subject. My goals are to help with that conversation: are you prepared? Things such as advance care plans, personal directives, legal documents: do you have them in place, even if you aren't sick? Do you have support? What are some conversations you would like to have about death? I will work with compassion, dignity, and professionalism to help guide you in and during your final journey.
